Loafer & Friends play Wunderbar Fri 24 August

Loafer and friends will be playing the Wunderbar Friday 24 August.

Loafer is a semi acoustic originals band with elements of the classic American West-Coast sound. Think country-folkies like Carly Simon and Linda Ronstadt - but also a good dose of how that translated in the Flying Nun era with sounds like Look Blue Go Purple. Female harmonies singing songs of barbed sweetness, acoustic and electric guitars, an old yamaha keyboard, a solid rhythm section, and there's a banjo thrown in somewhere.
