Radio Network Sales Manager – Metro Market

The Radio Network is an innovative leader in the New Zealand radio market and operates 124 stations in New Zealand under seven brands – Newstalk ZB, ZM, Classic Hits, Radio Sport, Radio Hauraki, Coast and Flava. An opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Manager who can add value to the culture and direction of the team.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and driving growth to evolve and strengthen TRN’s brand in the market place. You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships whilst driving sales strategies to maximise revenue streams. Of equal importance in the role will be the coaching, development and motivation of your sales team by promoting a fun, trusting and driven culture.

You will thrive on challenges, love the rewards that come with achievement and have a winning track record with previous experience in sales/business development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities are essential. You will have proven management skills, and be extremely motivated, results driven and flexible in your approach.
